About the Role
We are looking for caring and motivated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with daily living tasks, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
* Encourage service users to participate in social and community activities
* Assist with medication (where trained)
* Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
* Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times
Requirements
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A valid UK driving licence is desirable
